They asked me the first few questions right away after I answered the phone. 😂 The first question immediately “Why do you want to work here?” I commented on the experience while shopping at Sephora and my passion for serving customers in another similar job. They asked what I liked about my last job and didn’t like about it also. I made what I liked about my job highly relevant to what I would be doing at Sephora and said what I didn’t like about my last job irrelevant to what I’d be doing. They then asked my availability and asked me to come in for an in-person interview.
