Few years back I got a job as a machine operator. My trainer was a black dude, and was exactly like this. He told me all the ins and outs and all that. Within like a week I felt like I worked there like 15 years. Best trainer ever.

As someone that's worked at Wal-Mart for years, I can 100% confirm this is how I train people. (I'm not black, but I was trained by a few of the coolest black dudes ever, so I took what I learned from them and apply it with every trainee 😎)

Lol I‘ve been a supervisor and a labor foreman and can tell you I’ve learned some of my best tricks by giving the laziest person on my job a big task and watch how they come up with the easiest most efficient way to get something done. Truly, work smarter not harder.
