I love your easy to understand and inspiring videos. I also love your mantra of being determined to feel better in the second half of your life than you did in the first. I'm already 68, so well passed my first half, but I'm always learning, and I exercise several times a week and do feel better than when I was younger.

Hello there, I'm pretty OG viewer, 10 years ago, I weighed 50 kg more than I do now, and I watched your recipes then and I thought, I'd never be able to eat like that, 10 Years later seeing your videos now with this new lifestyle, you're genuinely one of the best channels to really eat to fuel and nurture your body.

I honestly cant believe how since i started eating more clean, the more food ive actually been consuming a lot more food and its made me feel good instead of bad.

Hi Dani, this is my first time seeing your video, and I'm impressed! I just ordered the LMNT and got my freebies...thanks for that. I'm about to turn 68 and am diabetic and overweight. I'm planning to retire in two years and want to get healthy to enjoy my retirement. I'm raising my 20-yr-old grandson, who's also overweight. His mom passed away 3 years ago, so I'm his guardian. I'm gonna make more of an effort to exercise regularly, and make more healthier meals for us. I will be watching more of your videos to learn how to make healthier meals and snacks for us.
