AERIAL TUTORIAL | how to do an aerial for beginners in 1 DAY (no handed cartwheel)

hi everyone! i have been getting sooo many requests for an aerial tutorial so quick video teaching you guys how to learn an aerial (free cartwheel). although having a mattress or something to cushion your landing is helpful when first learning this skill, you can learn an aerial at home with no equipment.

I’m a dancer and been trying to get my aerial. For me pop cartwheels are much easier than dive cartwheels. It’s the mental block of being in the air at the start of the trick. This vid helped a lot though. Thanks

I know this video is old but can you please help me to get my aerial because, every time I try my aerial I always put my arms down down even though I swing my arms back, they still end up touching the floor. So could you please help me because I really want to be able to do my aerial.

Who almost did the Ariel I almost did it what I’m trying to do is put my hands down like a split second and then put them up as soon as possible and it helps me a little but trust me if you do that it might help you a lot morepretty handsome take them away and cat around your cartwheel or whatever is my BFF actually
