I feel personally this is to low as a sweet potatoes contain just around that then you add vegetables and you already pass that. Therefore I personally would say 50g mixed with IF would help a lot more.

For the body to stay in ketosis, a total of 5% in net carbs is the percentage to be met for an optimal keto diet. Being too low on carbs is either not good, count your macros! Eat healthy veggies as fibers do not spike up insuline levels.
