Customer service sucks everywhere now. I literally just left firehouse and didn’t realize the girl behind the counter had headphones in. I was asking something but was talking to a wall. No ice in the drink fountain. No paper towels in the bathroom and besides me and a friend there wasn’t a soul in there.
