Absolutely need to go to Roma's pizza in Bethalto, Illinois. Absolute hidden gem. Consistently ranked number 1 pizzeria in the area. It's been open since the 70's and is currently being run by 3rd generation Sicilian family. May be out of the way from large cities but it's about 30 minutes outside of St. Louis.

I love how they didn’t remake a fresh pizza for him for a higher score. I feel like most places know Dave is coming so they try to tweak the cook time or the pizza itself. I wish all the places treated him like every other customer so we can get the most realistic scores.

But Dave eating a pizza throughout the entire review is telling enough.
