Thank you for this! I am pre-diabetic despite being considered a healthy weight (130, 5' 2") by my doctor. I put cinnamon on pretty much anything that isn't savory but know I probably need more fun for therapeutic benefits. I own a Costco size container of cinnamon supplements and just haven't gotten into the habit of taking them consistently, now I have even more reasons to get started!

Do you think you would get the same results from tea? I've been drinking cinnamon tea for the last few months and I've noticed I seem to lose weight a lot faster and easier since I started drinking it

I enjoy cinnamon in oatmeal & other baked goods. Most recipes only call for a teaspoon though. Would be good to add to pancakes or waffles too. Maybe a cinnamon butter spread?

Does it matter where you get your cinnamon from? I use it daily but get it from the dollar spice isle at my grocery store.
