Loved how you said there's more freedom in being disciplined. You ultimately control when you'll have something instead of your feelings (which aren't always a good indicator of when or what to eat).

Something that really helped me postpartum in Korea is fitness classes. I chose swimming lessons (like adult swim team?) it can be intimidating, but having the accountability of a set class time is really helpful

I agree that it’s good to prioritize and place value in your fitnesss and health. When you do that a lot of the other things come naturally, but a lot of people do have trouble with being patient and ensuring that they’re satisfied, people can be too hard on themselves and end up losing the plot

Megan I’ve been following you since 2016 when i was in 6th grade. I’m now a sophomore in college and it’s almost 10 years later.. It’s weird but I feel like I grew up w you and you feel like an aunt😅 I’m so proud of the mom you’re becoming! Keep it up:))

these are really good tips not just for postpartum but also for anyone whose looking to get into getting into better healthier habits, and doesn't really know where to start or having trouble with motivation. your journey has been a fun adventure on not only getting those healthy habits back again, but also in a way that just sparks inspiration with your exercise routine, as well as your diet and ways to make good meals that are easy and healthy along with a healthy and good mindset to keep going.

id like to also say American foods, snacks, candy and drinks go through a recipe change around every 8-10 years or so, some even around 5ish. lots of stuff has gotten really, really sweet especially candy, and many foods have those additives that make your brain want to eat them all the time...once you start eating it less, or stop all together not only does it also adjust to not having the taste, it also reworks the chemicals in your brain again and realizes its way to sweet and tastes weird. i cant eat most of the snack/candies i used to as well, they just don't bring that endorphin rush anymore.

Having a support system and someone to help with accountability always kept me motivated. I haven’t had that since 2022 which is why your mindset and advice is very helpful.

Haven't finished the video yet, but I just have to say you are GLOWING. The curls are POPPING. OK. Now to finish the video. Currently pregnant with my first 😊 these are such good tips even how to keep fit during pregnancy! I haven't been able to do much because I'm so nauseous all the time, but I always try to do a walking routine every day. At least 4 days a week. Yoga has been my friend also especially when I'm nauseous or have a headache.

Thank you Megan, for this video. Im 5 months postpartum and thank God this time around theres no pospartum depression 🙏🏻 !!! I have everything here on youtube to exercice, but most if not always I find myself sitting down watching the routine and or planing a 4 day routine and maybe doing one day. But I know that I have to find my motivation, to keep healthy and set a good example for my two boys. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this video.

I get up at five everyday to workout before our son wakes up. If I get up late, I exercise with my hubby, or and our son. And when your kid is active, you need to be active😅 to keep up.
I used to love dance but did not have time do to that anymore.
But my son’s breakdance teacher started a hip hop class after his class for ahjummas😅. Brought the Kindle and voila✊🏽
Oh and I am love the apple watch challenges I created for myself.
And I would watch your youtube videos for motivation✊🏽
