Im having a self soothing day today, as its my birthday tomorrow and I usually get so emotional around this time due to past traumas
I feel so much sadness sometimes it's almost overwhelming, but the intense joy can make it worth it

I love helping people, its what drives me on
Some people don't deserve it but mostly they do, and it does help them move forward in one way or another and sometimes thats enough.

I also feel a lot of the emotions come from the cosmos too.We are in eclipse season and a very intense one, and my emotions are all over the place, anyone else resonate?

What makes me sad most of all is animals suffering 😪

I think for me that when I’m told this is gonna happen and then weeks and months past and it doesn’t that my trust diminishes so I don’t want to throw myself into this sheer happiness because I don’t want to let myself down or be disappointed. I don’t trust anyone. I trust them when they prove it to me. I’ll be happy when justice is served. Everything is made right

I don’t expect to be let down or at least I didn’t used to, but right now well I have a great deal of faith and hope and God has people have let me down. I would love it if one time and my whole life somebody would just not let me down.!
