As a final-year PhD student at Western University, with three published papers and a 200-page thesis nearing submission, all in English, I believe requiring an IELTS score for pgwp from a PhD candidate is unnecessary and impractical.

Hello, I submitted a Lmia work visa to Canada. I submitted all of the documents correctly, but made a mistake at the imm1296e form by selecting open work instead of Lmia.
