New Rules for Family Sponsorship in Canada 2024! 🚨 Big changes have been announced for anyone looking to sponsor their spouse, parents, or grandparents in Canada. From updated income requirements to longer processing times, these changes will have a direct impact on your family’s future. In this video, we break down the new family sponsorship requirements and what you need to know to navigate the Canada immigration system in 2024.

We also explore the challenges around the Parents and Grandparents Program (PGP), which now has even fewer spots available, leaving many families without the opportunity to apply. But don’t worry! If you're struggling with the PGP lottery system, the Super Visa is a fantastic alternative, allowing your parents and grandparents to stay in Canada for up to 5 years at a time. This visa comes with faster processing and more flexibility for families.

Additionally, find out how the government’s biometric requirements and AI-powered tools are transforming the Canada PR process. From fraud prevention to reducing backlogs, these tools are making it easier to handle routine cases, while human officers still make final decisions on complex applications.

With these major changes in place, staying informed about Canada immigration news is crucial. Whether you’re aiming to secure a work permit, apply through Express Entry, or pursue one of Canada’s PR pathways, understanding these new rules will increase your chances of success.

I am aware that alots of Iranian students come to Canada with their children, often without their spouses, as a way to obtain visas more easily. Once they arrive, they receive financial aid for themselves and their children, along with other government assistance. Many of these students do not have a strong command of English, and some even pay to obtain questions for English exams or falsify bank documents to demonstrate financial stability. They may work in informal jobs to avoid taxes and continue receiving government support, including PhD students, since it's reportedly possible to buy degrees in Iran. Unfortunately, they have brought all the issues and mess from their home country into Canada, including a lack of genuine qualifications and unethical practices. These practices, along with the influence of Iranian professors who allegedly pass these students without ensuring they have the necessary knowledge, have negatively impacted Canada’s economy. It’s crucial for Canada to monitor these situations more closely and ensure that the individuals entering the country are genuinely qualified, not just holding degrees on paper without real expertise.

Child in Nova Scotia who has recently got PR, if he sponsors parents PR, how many years or months it takes to get parents PR? I have heard parents PR processing time is less in Nova Scotia.
Please give some approximate timeline. Thanks.

Why should tax paying voting Canadians pay for this golden blanket while we suffer. They keep piling in with no plan or strategy contributing little to the economy in comparison to the net outflow of resources and income. While our kids can't find work or spots in college, wages are frozen, housing is maxed out to the roof, immigrants are receiving custom auto financing at major auto dealerships across the country and if we object we"re racist
