Can the encoding scheme for my RFID tags be different?

Most customers tend to encode their tags with leading zeros, incrementing from one, but this is not the only way you can encode your RFID tags. You can choose to use any variety of 24 hexadecimal characters, which can include letters A - F and numbers 0 - 9.

Hi, In my country Ethiopia, the regulation of license plates are irregular in size, alphabets, codes in Governmental and in Province areas. Can we use instead of License plate recognition(LPR) camera using UHF tags for under vehicle surveillance system?
