If you transfer mp3 files, do they go into iTunes (obviously I’m asking in regards to an iPhone) or do I need to listed to the transferred mp3 files with an app?

But when i am trying to save files to USB the save button which appears on top left seems disabled.

Unfortunately it is very slow, I transferred a 25GB file to my flash drive and it took 11 hours to complete.
