Anyone besides a cop would *already* be in jail for lying on a police report.

Part of the problem is the cop, the other part is the chief that keep a criminal on the force. Both should be fired and held accountable in court.

This is why DAs, police, and judges need to be subject to criminal and civil liability with no immunity in cases like this.

If the deputy had five separate suspensions, he should have been fired long ago.

Imagine how many innocent people are in prison right now *simply because they didn't have a video proving that the cops lied...*

Yet another cop abusing his authority and lying. This is because there are no consequences. If we're lucky they might give the cop a 3-day paid vacation.

They really need to start prosecuting cops on perjury.

How can you screw up that many times on a job and not get fired?

Filing a false police report is a felony.

Soooo, besides the _blatant lying_ about this incident, he’s:

1. Had 5 suspensions for violations on the job between 2020-2021.

2. Since 2020, had 8 complaints against him; 3 this year alone.

3. Drove 80mph in a 45 mph zone… in inclement weather… with someone in custody in the backseat.

4. Backed into someone’s vehicle and drove away- hit and run. Owner of vehicle reported him.

5. Lost his ‘take home care’ privileges various times. Once due to running a red light and driving over 100mph with no lights or sirens.

This piece of trash should’ve been put out of commission a *long* time ago. And all of those officials who have and *are* enabling him, and condoning his actions, need to be out of a job.

This cop has an actual hit & run on his record and wasn't fired over that. Wow. Dirty cops all the way from him, to his supervisors, and the DA.

How do you get suspended from a job 5 times, have multiple traffic infractions, 8 complaints and still not get fired?

why hasn't the deputy been arrested and charged for kidnapping and falsifying an arrest warrant?

Why keep a deputy with a history of misconduct on the job in your police department???? That’s incompetent.

How does this officer still have a job? Seems like a huge liability to the county/city/taxpayers. HOA's are corrupt too.

So this officer committed multiple CRIMES, before this whole event happened? Why wasn't he arrested already.

Video surveilance: skinny dude with hair.
Primary suspect: chubby, bald dude.
Corrupt deputy: That’s him 100%!!!

Everyone involved in the case who saw the videos should be fired, sued and prosecuted.

They keep saying it was a hit-and-run.
But it wasnt, he contacted the HOA immediatly.

How does committing perjury not effect his credibility to perform his duty?
