Nobody in Russia hates Germans for their past, there can be jokes about it, but that’s all. There’s no reason to hate each other whatsoever. Besides, we have a long history of friendship.

As a german i can say that the most of us dont like the Americans because lots of soldiers from there are in germany.
So politicly i think were not the best friends, but socially russians are all time welcome and respectet in Germany.

Those people know suprisingly much about Angela Merkel and her politics. They are so right. The media here broadcasts so much trash about Russia and tries to make people believe that Russia is an enemy. However, the number of people who know that Russia is a way better ally than the USA is increasing. I hope we'll get a president who will strenghten the bond with Russia.
