Leaving bloom on is better (for me) cuz u can spot sova's recon arrows or any other things that glows, easily, and it makes skins look better.

Its actually best to keep UI quality on medium cuz when you open settings in the middle of a match, low quality will make the background opaque, high will make it translucent and blurred and medium will make it just translucent. Basically if ur pause the game during a match, its easier to see whats happening with medium UI quality.

Apparently windows 11 doesn’t have the option to turn off background apps so you’d have to manually turn them all off
