Changing the number of processers in system config unfortunately does not provide a performance increase and it's only purpose is to diagnose the system. This feature is intended to "Limit the number of processors used on a multiprocessor system." - From Dell's website on this feature. So basically it does nothing. The performance monitor tweak will also not do anything since it is purely a monitoring tool. Also, DO NOT, download files from the internet like from this video, all of the tweaks in that folder can be done very easily without risking a download like that. Also, you have the word "GAMEPLAY" Written over your performance stats during gameplay and don't show a frame-time graph which is the only real important data when it comes to frame stuttering/hitching. Hope this helps someone.
