Pancreatic attack is infection or inflammation of the pancreas. Usually presents with upper abdominal pain above the naval area. Pain radiates from upper abdomen to the back side. Sometimes pateitn can have pain only in the back. Associatedvomiting is seen. Common reasons is alcohol, gall bladder stone if they have more cholesterol, if there is a autoimmune pancreatitis, if there is more calcium deposit.

I suffer from pancerus attacks. I have lupus never drank in my life and get them so nad. I end up in the hospital for days at a time. Its miserable. I had 1 doc tell me thst i wasnt having an attack cause of where i was gurting yet my numbers came back above 200 sent me home not even 4 hours lster ended up back at a diff er an my numebrs was over 1000 that doc raised hell at the other er doc. He kept me an hit me eith fluids an meds. But then the doc that seen me threw the day sent me home woth my numbers still arpund 200 an i woukd try to est an doubke pver. He still sent me home. I been home 2 days now an tried to eat an ot just comes right back up. Im miserable.

I used to self medicate with heroin. It stopped the pain in its tracks. Ive been clean for a year. What else can i use to stop the pain without relapsing?

I knew i had it with my stomach symptoms but then my left side of my chest and ribs etc hurt really bad. I looked up what could be the cause thinking my bra was too tight and must’ve made it sore, but after it still hurt for 2 days straight I googled it. Thinking it had nothing to do w my pancreatitis, And the first thing that came up was “left side of chest and rib pain is mainly caused by pancreatitis and I’m shook now i know for sure i have it without even getting diagnosed but i have a doctors appointment tmr so we will see if im right im sure i am .
