I believe it will be able to run GTA 6 @60fps as it's got all that upscaling technology in it which can take a lot of the work off other components, it's unlikely to be native 4k or even 8k but that wouldn't matter as the image quality will look just as good if not better which is the whole point of upscaling.

It's 16.7 Tflops. Dual issue doesn't work. Anytime you see an rdna3 card, divide its advertised tflops in half, that's the real peak theoretical.

Its not 3times powerfull not even close its a weaker 7800xt as it has way lower tdp(7800xt literally takes more power than an entire ps5) and it has way less cooling so its basically a 7700xt in perf just like the ps5 in raw power was like a 6650xt
