By following these principles, I was able to lose 60 pounds - and I was able to improve my health both spiritually and physically.

By following God's principles when it comes to buying food, cooking and preparing food, and eating food, you will not only achieve the weight you desire but most importantly, the amazing health you deserve to have... The health that God wants YOU to have!
