This video was so straight forward and super helpful! I cook for just 1 or 2 people usually so seeing your portion sizes was a good reference for what is a lot. Thank you for sharing this! Really helps!

I just started cooking veggies after listening to The Edge by Tony Robbins. It's day 6 of my cleanse. The main thing I started doing is spending some time cutting vegetables and leaves.

This is basically exactly what I do, including the spices. I also like to add some water which helps steam at the same time as heat from the pan. Works great with a lot of veggies, sweet potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, brussels sprouts, onion, kale, carrots which I usually cook with all going into the same pan at different stages.

Cold pressed Extra Virgin olive oil, some seaweed salt, a few healthy spices. Brussel sprouts, Broccoli, Avocado, heaps of onion, garlic & some sweet potato. Good healthy meal.

Great video, good to see people promoting healthy cooking that tastes good too.

What I did yesterday was wrapping up some cabbage onion, and carrot on aluminum and then I put them into that counter oven. I added, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. It was really good.

Instead if salt you could try to use soy sauce! I love the flavor that it adds to the veggies. But be careful, it contains a high amount of sodium. More than 1 TP has almost the recommended amount for an adult per day. Have a nice day, I love your videos <3

I also LOVE sautéed vegetables. I never thought about steaming some of them first, though. I will definitely try that

I've heard that even olive oil when cooked at a high temp is very bad for you. I think a good work around might be to oven dry roast the vegetables first, or dry fry, and then toss with a little fresh olive oil at the end, or drizzle a premade vinaigrette of some sort. *Shrugs*

I've always hated cooking, but I'm trying to help my wife as much as possible. I'm good with meats, but suck at making tasty veggies. This was very helpful for quick, easy, tasty veggies. Thank you!

I'm crazy for vegetables this way, you can add chopped tomatoes and basil and soya sauce and garlic. I eat it with rice or spaghetti

I will use Tandoori masala or Biryani masala, or Palao masala instead of putting paprika. It will make food bit hot but along with egg mayonnaise and pure wheat bread (fiber +7%), you can make vegetable sandwich which will taste great.
Edit: BTW, there is Shahi Haleem masala (Pakistani mix) is also good but that will be very hot and may not be suitable for everyone.

yummm! i love how you bloomed the chili flakes. you could definitely do that with whole spices as well like cardamom pods. side note: i have been making fruit bowls in your style for the past week and they are the best thing that’s ever happened to breakfast!! ❤️😍
