My condolences go out to all those workers who stuck it out through the Mercedes, Cerberus, Fiat years.

Been a long time coming for Chrysler. With the death of the 300, the Pacifica wasn't going to keep that brand afloat.

Since the 9th grade (1992), I told my buddy Josh.D that Mopar was headed towards it's last days and we'd see it in our lifetime.
Here we are.

When a 💩 foreign company is allowed to buy a company like this, what do you expect?
Stellantis can't manage their way out of a paper bag.

A few executives greed has now cost thousands of Americans jobs. This will echo chamber in the supply chain too.

Im a mechanic at a local mom and pop owned Chrysler dealership and although sales are struggling, the shop and parts are booming. Sales has been running a skeleton crew for over a year. Been watching several of your videos about the subject and we haven’t caught on to anything at our dealership but we in service are usually the last to know anything. I remember back in 2008 my dealership got the ax and they said nothing until the doors closed.
But i know they just really changed up our training recently and it sucks because i was done with everything and now i got a bunch of classes to do. They are also using ai to pay claims and we are getting a lot of stuff kicked back now days

That sucks. Stellantis did not even give the Chrysler brand a chance at something new.

At least offer a midsize SUV or sedan, offer them with internal combustion engine (ICE) and hybrid powertrains, and improve quality and reliability.

Stellantis has shown no interest in saving Chrysler from day one. 98 years down the drain. Sad day.

Carlos Tavares & his foreign company Stellantis should be ashamed of himself for totally destroying Chrysler an American company legend!

Chrysler has been neglected for so long with no exciting or new products. What a shame for a company to go out this way.

I am surprised it took this long. It’s a damn shame but it’s not an American company anymore. NO ONE should buy their garbage anymore.

The joke my father hated. Dad why do all Chrysler have rear window defrosters. ?? Because you can keep you hands warm when you are pushing it down the road.

Maybe if Chrysler had 5 different models besides the Pacifica, their immediate shut down wouldn't be happening. Remember back in the 2000s, when they had multiple models, including Concorde and the 300C and LHS? And the Crossfire, which, even though it was a flop, it sold well. It feels like to me that Stellantis wanted to get rid of Chrysler for a long time, they just didn't want to say it. It's now going to be Dodge, Jeep and Ram from now on. Goodbye, Chrysler.

Politics played a big part of American automakers going down by pushing unrealistic fuel standards with #44 and #46 that help sabotaged #45.

Chrysler hasn’t been relevant in decades unless you wanted a mini van but didn’t want to pay for Honda/Toyota quality. Condolences to those impacted by the layoffs

The big loser is the American Taxpayer who bought out this zombie company to save it, only to see it allowed to be sold to a foreign company that really didn't care about the American workers. Everybody dropped the ball on this one, including the UAW.
