Thank you! It’s so hard knowing so many try once and boom pregnant. It’s also tough knowing we are relying on science that means brutal shots and lots of testing. Not enough support out there for those who are infertile, and it’s commonly misunderstood. Each month that goes by I have to wait, and then I come across another road block. Waited forever for a laparoscopic procedure and now I probably have to get a second one. An entire year of fertility medicines, ultrasounds and blood draws, different vitamins, charting and ovulation tests, money wasted on pregnancy tests. Many people at work know that my next steps are IVF as I am unable to conceive naturally but then ask me constantly when I’m sick or tired if maybe I’m pregnant. It can sting, because it’s not that simple for some of us. Best of luck to all of those TTC out there or moving forward with IVF.

So refreshing to see a female IVF doctor, thanks for mentioning the whole lifestyle & diet and telling women they can do things to help create better quality eggs.

I loved this. My doctor discussed 5 % of this with us. Lucky there are doctors on YouTube that gives advice!

As someone currently going through fertility treatments (not at the IVF stage yet, my doctor wanted to see how I responded to IUI first), I find your videos very helpful! My doctor was really good at explaining everything, but it's SUCH a tidal wave of information that it's hard to process it all at the appointments, so having your videos to go back and rewatch helps refresh my memory on all the info I've been getting!

I had my first IVF appt yesterday. As crazy as it seems I was very excited and I'm very excited now. We waited a long time to get in to see our doctor and we know that we are unable to conceive naturally so we were very happy to see our fertility doctor. I think changing your mindset to see the positives in everything changes both the body and mind.

I love how you set things out simply so the average person can actually understand the medical information . So often doctors use their “doctor talk” and it’s just so confusing and overwhelming. Great job!

my goodness i wish i watched this before my first round of failed IVF, my doctor saw us for 5 min each sesh and prescribed gonal and rushed us into egg retrieval, my husband has low sperm count and doc basically told him it´s fine to have up to 5 cigs a day, and never asked him to quit drinking his sugar beverages and eating processed meat prior to the process. we ended up having 5 blastocysts that stopped developing at day 4 + 5. i am going to clinic shop for a bit, taking my time, interviewing different doctors and prepare myself for the next round. thanks natalie this is so helpful!

You are a great doctor, and you read women's minds and how they are thinking during ivf. I like your video because it is useful.

I love that you suggest a whole food plant-based diet!! So many people have told me that I need to have animal protein when TTC! I always feel so much healthier physically and mentally when I go plant based and I get plenty of protein from plant sources too.

I love that you put a lot of information into the video (you speak fast to keep it short, but if listeners already know about the terms and concepts used, they would be able to follow). The information is well structured and you include a comprehensive set of steps. You are not trying to sell something but tell viewers that it is their choice - but here are some options and information. Great video - thanks!

The biggest chronic stress for me is my infertility and fear I will never be able to get pregnant.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! My doctor gave my recommendation based on my race. 🙄I was devastated. It was an absolute recipe for disaster. She went on about diabetes in the culture. Omg. Let me reel it back lol. I’m great shape & health so I’m on my way!
