In this video I go over my full shoulders and back workout to build round shoulders and a wide detailed back. I cover 4 exercises for the front, side, and rear heads of the deltoids and 2 exercises for the lats and upper back. Hope you enjoy.

I run a custom 6-day split that I complete in two wks, and day 1 of the split is back/delts/traps and it's one of my favorite days! Glad to see others who like it too. 💪🏽

Just a thought....can we get more videos following your current journey (goals, physique updates, diet, etc.)...the full workout content is good but tbh I'd like to know more about what you're aiming for currently

I have a bad right shoulder. Shoulder presses seem to aggravate it mostly when ai overload. Can you give advice I feel like ai can’t push it like the rest of other muscles. What exercises do you think I can replace it with when trying to overload and build muscle?

Great workout. I’ve seen some good gains but my calves will not grow and it’s making me depressed
