The things family court rules on should be done by real judges in real courts yet they are held in rented courts and presided by magistrates and referees.. They make the motions long and drawn out in time, when if done by a judge most of the issues could be handled quickly and fairly ...family court has a huge conflict of interest .. They claim to be in the best intrest of the children yet their behavior clearly shows the best interest is money... They act quick for child support but act slow and even start to separate you legally from your children in custody court... Its all messed up needs a huge reform...

As a litigant in person my experiences with court or judges chamber appearances were the wide inconsistency and attitude shown between individual judges. Is was obvious that certain judges loath dealing with litigants in person and would offer little help despite it being an entitlement. This is a basic problem and until it is resolved the family court system will remain deficient in the eyes of the public.

unfortunately social services own your children and in my experience also strong arm the judge so bottom line is the barristers in social services who claim to represent the child need to be on the childs side and that simply seldom not a nice situation and destroys families and the childs life..but be assured there will be a final judgement on the last day so make yourself ready.
