I used this recipe to make mini cupcakes in my toaster oven. I added poppy seeds and the baking time and temperature needed to be adjusted. But it was fairly easy to figure out. They turned out amazing! Thank you so much! ❤

I baked the mini cupcakes for 25 minutes @ 375°f for anyone who's wondering.
