What if the order was two weeks ago and I don't have enough money in my Shopify account to issue a refund? Is that amount just paid from the credit card or the bank account I'm connected to the Shopify?

I don’t understand brother, so if I issue a refund for someone because of a problem will they receive their full amount of money they paid back? & will the fee that shopify shop charge for sales, still be there for me or does that get removed as well because the purchase has been refunded?
