out of all the yoga I’ve been doing all week, ALL OF THE ABOVE, peppermint tea, medicine, eating really small meals, this was the only thing that actually made my digestive system start moving again.

Lovely! I have been doing this type of self massage for over 25 years. Once I did it on a constipated infant-- and he pooped all up his diaper and all over me. 🤭 That baby is 26 years old now. Your video added to my understanding and integrated physical and emotional aspects. Thank you! 🙏

seriously think this video might have saved my life, thank you. i get what i can only describe as vapor lock where there is so much tension somewhere between my guts and abdominal muscles that i can't even pass gas. have had it for years and this technique provides instant relief with a few rounds of circular motion.

I absolutely love abdominal massages. I typically get 90 minute massages and half an hour is on my abdomen. It truly is an amazing feeling. Not only is it super relaxing, but it has also helped me out a great deal with my digestive system.
