Great video, I already knew I was taking a lot of supplements and have been not renewing empty bottles, I eat a large portion of the foods you often mention. I’m almost and feel awesome, I also believe my mind is better now then it was 3 years ago when I was obese and diagnosed with Type 2, now I don’t have any of that anymore. Ps. While out riding My unicycle in town today a lady during our talk about this stuff “is that why you look so slender” . .74 years old and I feel awesome.

I'm a living example

1 year everyday before my night nap niacin
6 months every morning Taurine this combination made me normal again.
Had Depression after I stopped morphine
Had muscle pains, muscle contractions,
Stable pain 24/7 level 6/10
All of those after a laminectomy surgery

Awesome information. I have two questions after listening - 1. With the B vitamins I kept hearing oran meat as one of the best sources, was curious your thoughts on Ancestral Supplements which converts many different grass fed animal organs into supplement pill form. They are expensive so curious how effective something like that is, all Amazon reviews say they are life changing. My second question is recommendation for Vitamin E supplements as you noted to be effective they must contain that specific ratio (their two names escape me right now). Thanks again and always great info you are providing!

What does a person do that is low income do. Not everyone is able to buy all these supplements and foods people want us to buy. As a matter of fact most of us can't. We leave dementia and alzheimers in our family and I am a senior already exhibiting symptoms trying to do everything I can food wise and supplements wise but I just can't afford all these things

I'm having severe low sex drive & ed. if my brain gets a little excited and semen is released it takes 3 months to recover and get semen back in the system. It feels like I dont produce semen. Previously I can release semen regularly and get the urge to have sex or release after 4 days of ejaculation. Is there any supplments you recommend until I see a urologist. Thank you!
