Whitening gel will make your teeth super sensitive to hot and cold. I paid a lot of money for this treatment and it was NOT worth it. I had it done professionally. The dentists created a mould designed to fit my teeth and your given several gel injections that you squeeze into he moulds and then place onto your teeth for a few minutes. You do this for several days (can’t remember exactly). The gel works well, but the side effects will take a toll on your teeth. My teeth are still sensitive to this day and I never had issues with that before this treatment. BTW, Crest white strips will do the same.

Fun fact ive been rinsing with 3 parts water 1 part hydrogen for 2.5 years now… white teeth and no stinky breath… careful not to gargle too far back in the throat if so please always rinse the same way you swish and gargle until you feel all is gone…
I swish 2xs with hydrogen mix above… then brush teeth, then rinse with water two-three times. Freshest breath than ever

Be careful I’m pretty sure you have to use a specific hydrogen peroxide. Because certain ones can make you gums white. This is what happened to me

Hydrogen peroxide fixed my gum issue! I used to use Listerine and then go to the dentist and be up sold gum deep cleaning services that cost over $1000. Then I started flossing n using hydrogen peroxide daily (forget Listerine) n they following time I went to my dentist….she said my gums looking amazing n regular cleaning was suffice. So u tell me what actually works!

I never use commercial cleaners any more nor teeth whitening stuff that have harmful chemicals. This guys must be a dentist trying to sell products. Scam!
