from a 31 year old man who's been rotting away on the sofa for 10 years, NEVER STOP LIFTING!! you look great fella no homo. I was 70kg had 100kg bench 140kg squat and 180kg deadlift and when i put an extra stone on, most people i knew wouldn't stop commenting on how good my physique was. I got disillusioned with my chest as it never really grew and seeing massive blokes lifting massive weights made me feel inferior. It's only in the last few years i discovered powerlifting and realised my numbers were pretty decent for my size considering i never really had a plan or trainer. I work too much to get back into it and massively regret stopping. Keep going mate and keep preaching the word of the holy gym.

I think for compound lifts/bodyweight exercises, you can do them daily and get good results. That's been my experience at least

first rep is clean but after that you start to arch a little, id recommend focusing on keeping your chest up when you pull, if your arching its probably too heavy.
