Rory didn’t value Dean when she had him, she fell for Jess. Jess although was not nice to Rory and Dean’s relationship. And even though Rory was the one to kiss Jess. He was leading her on. Jess did not respect Rory and Dean’s relationship. And when Rory started dating Logan and SHE went to Philadelphia to see his book thing he got mad that she didn’t respect him by coming to his book thing and still being with Logan, HE kissed her and rather than saying that it wasn’t fair to Logan he said it wasn’t fair to HIMSELF.

I am team Logan all the way, he loved Rory and supported her through all the ups and downs their relationship had. He even changed himself to be with Rory. Whenever she would ask him to go somewhere or do something he would do it without question. And when he gave her an ultimatum she got mad but when Lorelai gave Luke and ultimatum Rory thought it was right. To be honest Rory and Logan were perfect for each other and they both deserved to get married. Logan just proposed to Rory he never set a wedding date. I think Rory should have given the engagement more thought.
