Ageing has always been inevitable but fasting, epigenetic reprogramming and parabiosis are just some of the scientific techniques that seem to help people stay young. Might the Peter Pan dream become real?

The research into slowing down or even halting the aging process is indeed a fascinating and rapidly evolving field! Thanks for a great video.

As I approach my 92nd birthday, I thought that I may want to get some longevity tips, so I started watching these different videos and realize how much information there is! When I'm asked how I got to be in my 90s without one serious illness or medication I give them my secret: Your belief makes it so!

I retired at 48, and for 10 years I work out, swim every day, eat right, sleep enough, avoiding all financial and family stresses. It simply does not work, I age every year, and I notice it. I am not afraid of aging and dying, I just monitor myself for fun because I do not need to work. Probably to prevent aging one has to use a lot of medications.

One of the missing pieces of this discussion is that so many of the "age related diseases" are actually LIFESTYLE related diseases. The lifestyle one has lived for decades simply catches up with one the longer they've been around. Research already shows that lifestyle (physical activity, diet, social connections, smoking, etc) has a huge impact on morbidity and mortality on a population level.

The research that the scientifics are doing is very interesting. I didn’t know about this, but I’m very surprised at the posibility of slowing down or even stopping the aging proccess. What caught my attention was that they are not only interested in aging, but also in a healthy aging and about the positive effects on our society.

YES!! science can slow down ageing, ,, the human body is all about its bio-chemistry, but unfortunately we have not reach that level of scientific advancement , ,,, may be some day we will!!

Living longer could give people more time to do things that they like, many people spend their live working, they don´t have enought time to get fun, visit other countries, create memories with their families. Ageing and mortal illness are inevitable now but what if we could slow down ageing or find a effective cure for cancer, we could enjoy more the life instead of being worried about when would be the end.

You can clear senescent cells by fasting for 2 to 3 days one or twice a year. It's called autophagy or self eating. Prolonged fasting has many longevity benefits, including improving brain function.

As others here have noticed, you've completely ignored the diet and lifestyle things people can implement today. Perhaps because they don't require a startup? Look into Walter Longo's work on longevity. Oh wait, he does have a startup.

It is disappointing that they barely covered limited calorie intake.
Intermittent fasting promotes autophagy.
Autophagy is well known in the medical field to reduce inflammation and increase lifespan.
It is literally a mode your body enters where it starts to recycle old damaged cells, One of the big advantages is it reduces the risk of cancer.

Correct breathing will improve the oxygenation of blood and improve circulation. The breath can also be utilised to combat stress and improve mental wellness. This is a valuable guide to improving both physical and mental wellness.

If you want to cheat aging, you need to do physical activity every single day of your life without interruptions.

Biological ageing is the accumulation of cellular damage. Cellular repair is down-regulated when we are in "Fight-or-Flight" and this is triggered by stress hormones and elevated insulin levels. Restoring hormonal balance by managing our stress and dietary habits allows our bodies to repair and rejuvenate. Mindfulness and breathing habits, intermittent fasting like 16-8 or even OMAD, and low carb or keto are key for a natural solution.

Eat less, eat only within a small window of time(8 hour window) be skinny, sleep well, stay hydrated. What can science add to it. Not much just prove my examples.
