Another good practice that has helped me is as follows. Jams are currently insanely expensive but the save I have is I lightly heat up my leftover fruit, then add 2 to 3 tablespoons of chia seeds for extra nutrition. That gel consistency makes the best jam, you can add it to cereal, yogurt, smoothie bowls or 🥣even desserts🍨
💯 zero waste.
