this is a very common dish in Turkey called “mücver” and we usually eat it with garlic yogurt and some tomato sauce, it’s normally served as a dinner cause it’s a bit heavy but totally delicious!

I use Chickpea flour to make it extra healthy.. It's so good

Try 1:1 flour to cold water, it’s very crispy. I learned it from a Korean cooking class.

These look amazing. My grandma taught me not to put potatoes in the fridge. I believe the starch turns to sugar. Though I think the body reads both as the same, so idk.

Potatoes kept in the fridge will tend to turn green. Better in a cool dry place, like a pantry. This recipe looks delicious, btw.
