Cool bit that wasn't mentioned: Apparently one of Sawney Beans daughters escaped to the nearby town and lived a fairly normal life with her children- when the Bean clan were being dragged through town her father recognised her and called out to her, leading to her eventual lynching, however, nobody knows what happened to her kids as she managed to get them out of town first.

You forgot about how one of his daughters ran away to the near village to start a new family(since she didn’t like the family work) and when her family were caught and going to get executed she her dad saw her and called out saying *”Hi, daughter”* which led too her getting hanged on her tree which is now regarded as a taboo tree or something which is still here till this day.

Finally, someone does a story about Sawney Bean! I read that one time, a 5 year old child of the Bean clan bit Sawney (who was his grandfather and who knows what else) when Sawney stepped on the child. This enraged Sawney so much that he picked up the child and bashed his head against some rocks and killed him. When the Bean clan was captured, the youngest child who was around 4 or so was spared...for a bit. She was raised among the villagers until her 16 birthday whereupon she was put to death so she wouldn't be a threat to towns people.

Sawney Bean! In Attack on Titan, Hange has two test subject Titans that she runs experiments on. She names them Sawney and Bean. If you watch Attack on Titan then you know that Titans eat people. So that's where Isayama got the names from, the real life Sawney Bean.
