I just love how sure of himself he is.

My mother grew up in new Guinea. The sawmill that my grandfather ran in the highlands of medang was located in-between two tribes that were constantly at war. You guessed it, cannibal tribes. They would eat each other for "power" and to sometimes consume their spirit. Some would openly carry the heads of their slain enemies. On the strap of their laylays. My grandmother and my mother used to patch up both tribes after each battle.
My mother grew up in the jungle with both tribes and was treated quite well.
She even had a baby boy named "helen" after her because she saved the kid from a burning hut. Eating human flesh was more ceremonial than hunger.

And I can tell you from my own travels that there's plenty of cannibals left in the world.
