I really appreciate you doing this video. I‘ve been working a lot on improving my health. I’ve lost 60 pounds over the last four months and I’ve been excited to try new types of exercise to keep my momentum going. I’m looking forward to incorporating this program into my regiment.

Learned from this video. Feel more comfortable with bo/staff. The up and down movement for power, the hand transition, plus explaining clearly each basic stance, strikes, and movement are very helpful and builds confidence and control with the bo/staff. 😊 Thanks.

I really wished all your online lessons had Sensei Michael... I find these videos so much easier to follow then those in the training section of your website.

Thank you for this! I've just set up a space at home and have a big on the way. As a 44 yo woman, I need a low impact but engaging activity. My only worry was finding a decent way to learn, as I'm in the country and nothing is close enough.

I look forward to using this series! As was mentioned before, rhe instructor is very clear and seems well focused on being sure viewers really get it!

I'll let you know how it goes after I get going! Thanks for this!

Excellent videos. You have a well thought out curriculum and teach techniques in a clear and understandable way. I like that your bojitsu techniques are taught from a practical-combat point of view rather than flashy 'tournament ' style movements. Please keep the videos coming!
