I'm a relatively new believer, almost 7yrs, and after about 1 n 1/2 yrs in, God really blew my ears n eyes open to the state of the church. Since then I've had no trust in man, though am willing to listen, and test for myself. A few yrs ago I came across an adventist, and I spoke to him about what God had been teaching me about the sanctuary, having no clue that this is a major teaching of theirs. So I was impressed by their deeper studies. I was also a Sabbath keeper, and understood Gods law written upon our hearts. I started Fellowshipping with them and considered their doctrines. Which seem convincing by their scriptural evidence. Though I've always been wary of EW, and have not read any of the many books ive accumulated from them. After listening to you guys, and another ministry, I'm more convinced that she is false, because if her words were truly from God, then there would be no room for such discrepancies and plagiarism. I think I'll stick to the bible and get rid of her books. And pray a lot

I am a 2nd gen SDA on both sides of my family. Went to OAA for almost 3 yrs but from a very early age I had issues with the whole E G W thing and the church. No matter where we were for sabbath it was always Dead as a week old corps. Armageddon was a huge focus that I heard about my whole childhood and God was seconds from destroying me for riding my bike on the sabbath. I quit OAA my jr year because everything about it seemed so disingenuous. I COULDNT DO IT ANYMORE. Druges, alcohol and woman was the new norm. Two DUIs before I was 18 and a 2 year cocain addiction and more. I always knew she was a fraud. The life I chose for my youth was on me but to this day I hate to drive through Gentry. Recently God has reached out to me after I called out to him and its amazing the things he is showing me. EGW history being the latest. Thank you guys for exposing this quack of a woman. People need to know

This came at such a vital time for me. I am friends with several SDA but I myself am non denominational so I always felt out of place. Subtle twitches when I speak and times when they would sabotage me from the shadows.

They are gaslighting me but now it makes sense to me. I still love many of them though.

If until now, EGW, was questionable / rejectable as source of information for the believers, by claiming the baptism of shut door theology, she is to be accursed, or ANATHEMA. She went CLEARLY against the scriptures. Because, Jesus He said : " Make disciples from all the people and BAPTISE THEM IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, THE SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT.
So, by that claim, EGW is " MORE POWERFUL " than our Saviour...
Dear people, choose your " destiny": Jesus or EGW...

I was raised sda. Some Elders always talked about EGW all the time but didn’t teach her stuff to to much. Foundational I do believe the church was built on a false prophecy but a lot of sda churches have started to move away from her teachings for the most part. I keep the Saturday sabbath by choice but I do not adhere to hear teachings

Praise God, when I was a young believer and a seventh day honorer a SDA took me to her home, and I saw EG White's books held in high regard, and immediately felt misgivings about that denomination! I've always loved the Sabbath, but never called myself an "Adventist". And now I finally know why the Lord led me away from that cult! Thank You, Jesus, for saving me, and for NEVER shutting the door on those who thirst and long for Your salvation! Thanks also to the men who so clearly presented the facts of Ellen White's heresies for us. And may we be found faithful, even until death! I was born and raised sda, left at 17 as that's when I left home, mostly all my family are still in it. I left as I always had doubting questions and found it illogical and impossible to be saved so I figured as she teaches you will burn according to your sins, I will try to be as good a person as possible to not burn too long after being lost in the fire. Years later I went back for two years as I didn't know where else to go, then left again. I then was enlightened about e white so started to did deep, real deep and discovered she's a demonic woman, then I read the bible for the first time in my life as I figured if she's false so is sda church. Reading the Bible I've since become a true Christian. I finally have the light. I have gone through so much anger of being raised in a demonic cult wearing the guise of Christianity, and I'm so sad I can't get my family to see it. But I keep praying and trying when I get the opportunity. I presented the true covenants and gospel to them but no, two of them behaved liked demons to me. With God's help I pray they will open their eyes and see sense. Keep doing what you're doing. Esther. Ps. FAF ministries helped me so much and made me feel finally I'm not alone in this although I'm based in London. So happy I found them on the internet. I got baptised into a Christian church December last year. My parents became sda before I was born, branched out to the shepherds rod, then reverted back to sda.
