Awesome! A tip is that when you do the hammer curl, you should have the side of the dumbbell with the most plates on it facing down. That way you can train rising at the same time as the brachialis. Hope it helps

What blew up my pronation muscle the most was to do static hold and build the leverage on the wrist longer. Like a thick pad between me and the belt. Like a 2" pad. You can't do nearly as much weight with that pad, but the pronation muscle is ballooning because all the tension is on hat muscle.

20 kg pronation is already a lot but you also do it through the wrist only, also hammer curl full range 20 kg is very impressive, how much do you weight?
