ive been trying to figure out how to get my files into after effects for so long and no toher video was helping

what if you use drop shadow or any transparency on the illustrator file? I'm trying it but the transparency not working in the after effects..

can someone pls tell me why the drawing I've imported is blurry? like its the right settings and all and I even followed the steps but when I import it to after effects it's blurry. (its not the resolution)
