I know how to fix it,   (but be careful because all the data will be erased from the drive)
  all you have to do is:
1.open file explorer
2.go on this PC
3.right click on the drive, that is locked
4.u will see a text 'format' click on it and then press enter twice.

To unlock a Drive protected with Bitlcoker, Run Powershell from start menu as Administrator, then type in

manage-bde -status

and press enter,
this will show the protected drive status.

then again type in

Disable-BitLocker -MountPoint "E:"

and enter,
where E: is your protected drive letter, this unlocks the drive,

but if u want to disable the bitlocker in the drive then type again,

manage-bde -off "E:"

and enter,
change the E: with your drive letter..

Maintain the spaces in the command lines

Not sure what the purpose of this video is, if you have the recovery key then DUH, of course you can unlock your Bit Locker'ed drive!!
