Thank you for this recipe. We were just getting ready to cook a couple of Porter House steaks. Lucky for me, i went and checked my email first. I saw that you all sent out this terrific recipe. They came looking just like the ones on the video. I enjoyed mine with some Jalapeño canned in vinegar. Also, had mashed potatoes, corn and avocado/tomato slices. These Costco steaks came out just as good or better than any high dollar steak that I have ever come across. Definitely the best steak of the summer !

I do NOT believe those steaks were actually cooked on the Traeger....no way in hell does my Traeger do that with steak.
