We run an SEO agency and you are crushing it doing way better than us. Have you tried adding a projected ROI under each of the monthly fees? That would demonstrate an estimated ROI and revenue for each of the fees at the end of the proposal. This is something we have done which has been effective.

Starting my own agency currently, like just getting it up and running, haven’t even launched yet, and I’m amazed at how open and democratized the SMMA space has become since my last agency job. advice for ya, add a third package "advanced" but don't disclose the price, just plant the seed for a future upsell. Especially if clients making 150k/mo they can def afford to pay ya more. :)

KING.. I'm thinking about getting into one of these niches. My current niche is softwash & power wash. Lots of churn even when we coach the owner-operators on how to close the leads. I'd rather DFY and call the leads in house for med spa, body sculpting, micro needling etc.

My only question is how can I find something super high ticket like you guys do. I saw that data sheet and I saw a sale for $10K?
