hey man, im starting a paid advertising agency where we do facebook ads etc. How do I do a meeting with a client if i don't actually do the work and hire a contractor. Because the contractor cant help me until he gets payed but i cant pay him if i don't get the client in the first place? do i just try and go through the meeting with just saying well improve conversion rates, the cpc etc without going in depth because then i don't really know what to tell them. Thank you

As I'm starting my advertising agency, I'm curious about how many agencies actually provide content creation services specifically for Facebook ads, including tasks like photography and editing. Is it a common practice for agencies to ask clients to generate this content on their own? As someone who isn't particularly skilled in photography, should I consider offering this service? Would it be practical for me to do so?
