Staying hydrated can be so difficult. These are some wonderful tips for staying hydrated especially in the summer month. I don't have a reusable water bottle. I'm going to get one because I usually just snatch a bottle of water and drink it. I'm working on drinking those eight glasses because I realize it's so good for my health. Have a wonderful day.
