I quit drinking coffee - I work at night and make a large Spirulina/ Chlorella shake with pineapple chunks, mixed greens, organic juice or coconut water, avocado, lime juice and drink this during my shift. I have ten times the energy that I did I with coffee.

I have been taking it for 10 years with chlorella and it’s amazing what’s happened to my body. I didn’t feel this healthy 50 years ago when I was 14 years old. I actually feel better now than I did then. Detoxing is the best thing that ever happened. NASA uses the stuff

I usually suffer with burning pains in my body after exercise n then total fatigue but after supplementing with spirulina and eating more fruit I haven't experienced any burning, pain or fatigue. Fantastic

My detox daily ritual:
1. Spirulina + chlorella cold drink
2. Hot lemon water
3. Hot acv
4. Vital shot (turmeric, ginger, lemon, honey)
5. Manuka honey
6. Loads of water
7. Cold pressed juices
8. Supplements (antioxidants, minerals, probiotics, vit d, phytonutrients, enzymes)
9. Salad wraps or hard boiled egg, boiled meat with veggie broth or any meat like broiled salmon, Snacks: organic kale chips, olives, whole wheat cereal as a snack
10. Green tea at times
11. Acupuncture 1x a week
12. Coffee enema 1-2x a week
13. Nutritional iv therapy 1x a week
14. Massage
15. Enough sleep or rest
16. Power walk sometimes

I have ITP and Spiriluna saved my life as a child. I stopped taking it as a teenager and recently in my 30s I came down with ITP again and in a very critical way. Yes I went under treatment that helped but when I was sent home I started to take Spirulina again, and my health changed drastically again. I totally believe in this product and would highly recommend to everyone. Now I will for sure never stop taking it.

My smoothie:
1 tbps of Spirulina
1 tbsp of Maca powder
1 Banana
1/4 Orange
A little blueberries/strawberries
1 cup of Almond milk
1 tbsp Cannabis oil without thc
2 tbsp of Honey
2 tbsp of grinded oats

Every Indian on every rez should have spirulina every day. We are massively exposed to arsenic, radiation, heavy metals, not to mention diabetic problems due to poor diet. Thank you for great video. I bought both from Frontier coop and am capsuling them for me and family. I can't eat even one regular store apple because of my arsenic level. Organic apples are an expensive treat.

Great video. I am a great believer in eating the way nature intended. I take spirilina, chlorella, and Maca powder daily in smoothies and they certainly help me in many ways with energy mood and health.
