We cannot possibly take EVERY supplement that comes down the pike. Which would be better -- Spirulina or Moringa? Perhaps you should do a video ranking supplements in order of importance.

Spirulina definitely made a difference in my blood sugar levels, blood pressure and allergies! I love the stuff! I’d being taking for several months before seeing this, so I was happy to hear that what I experienced is what spirulina is known to do.

I've taken lots of supplements over the years, and spirulina is by far the best for decreasing inflammation and pain. I bought the powder and was having some trouble drinking it mixed with water, so I experimented and found the best thing for me...2 tsp in a blender with one cup macadamia nut milk, a little vanilla and stevia..THIS IS A WINNER. It's even better with a couple frozen strawberries or a chunk of frozen banana if you can tolerate carbs.

I have been taking spirulina chlorella and berberine for the last few weeks and my sugar is normal where it was abnormally high from a very long bout of pneumonia where I had to be on steroids! I can vouch for the benefits of spirulina!😊

More and more I think it’s better if we just have plant based diet with spirulina, moringa, cinnamon and lemon water, and visit a good naturopath. ❤ Having said this i do eat salmon, fish, chicken😂

Get a glass, put turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, and thyme. Twirl it up. Lol Put an inch or two of water. Chug it. Drink a few sips of water after if you want. When I wake up. My legs aren't hurting and I'm feeling good. Some people use cayenne or lemon juice. The black pepper is to help the turmeric absorb. But it work for me.

I am spirulina farmer. I advice you to consume it raw, as they do it in france. You can recognize it by the grain form . Spirulina powder (caps and pills) is just cooked at 400 c degre. The nutrients are totaly destroyed

The thing I used to hear was that it was good for attaching to heavy metals and carrying them out of your digestive trac. There was a caveat that you needed to make sure it wasn't grown anywhere poluted with stuff like that.

Just subscribed. Don't have diabetes issues, but have MANY other issues and focus on doing everything healthy to help the body do what it's naturally programed to do.
