Is Spirulina Good for You (Dangerous Spirulina Side Effect)

If you consume spirulina, you need to see this today. Spirulina has a dangerous side effect that has the potential to harm you.

If you want to know if spirulina is good or bad for you, then please watch this video.

I talk briefly about why I started using spirulina in the first place. At the time I thought spirulina was worth it. Then I uncovered something about spirulina that no one is talking about.

This is a spirulina side effect that you must be made aware of. Spirulina blocks a particular vitamin whose deficiency can lead to devastating consequences. These health consequences override any spirulina benefits.

It's a tenuous link but I did my best to explain how continuing to consume spirulina can cause you health problems in the medium to long term. If you want answers to the questions: is spirulina is safe, is spirulina healthy, is spirulina worth it, you'll find your answer here in this video.

Have fun watching it.

I believe what you're saying...but...one small pill, I feel the energy almost instantly. And next day I feel more energy upon waking up

I've treated many covid patients with Spirulina and they were fine within 4/5days without any side effects of allopathy drugs like doxycycline and ivermectin. One of them was my father who is 82 yrs of age, has a pacemaker, takes 2gm of Spirulina for more than 3 yrs, his haemoglobin has gone up from 10.8 to 13.5. His blood pressure range is around 120/75. In this video, I think this is somewhat a biased opinion based on solely vitamin B12 vs pseudo-vitamin B12. Coming from an expert nutritionist point of view, any substance (like drugs, toxins, chemicals or inorganic substances) can cause disruptive process in any part of human metabolism. Looking into the enzymes for example, they can be easily interrupted by competitive and non-competitive inhibitors, causing the enzymes fail to work and the metabolism within the body becoming incomplete. I am more concern about the source of the food like in this case, Spirulina, it's more towards the heavy metals within the water source of cultivation. I have been personally consuming Spirulina for more than 20 years and I must say, it is still doing more good than harm to my body. Sometimes before we nitpick on a bad element on certain food, we need to look into the holistic and a bigger picture before making a wrong justice on the food. I don't think it's fair to discard all the goodness of Spirulina just because of pseudo-vitamin B12. This is a penny wise pound foolish opinion.

Great advice from someone that really cares about our health. I have just realised at 50 years of age that supplements are not necessary when eating a healthy diet which includes fish, vegetables, meat, raw garlic, honey, cider vinegar, green tea, eggs. olive oil, clay oven bread, tumeric, ginger, goats cheese and yogurt, water, red wine, beans, black pepper, oats. Then walk and stretch in fresh air breathing deeply.

Some B12 absorbing competition can be good for preventing B12 overdose from vitamin supplements, many of which contain several times the daily recommended amount of B12. Spirulina is unlikely to be dangerous in small doses, there are also several other foods that have pseudo B12 including nori, miso, and wakame that have been a common part of the Japanese diet for many generations.

I had an unbelievable improvement in my vision. I was going to an ophthalmologist paying $700 a visit for injections for wet retina. I wish I had tried Spirulina before paying $1000s for injections. I also think my cataract has been lessened.

What’s your take on Chlorella Pyrenoidosa and Chlorella Vulgaris? Is it a better option over Spirulina?

Good Day, Dr.

How fast does the B12 or pseudob12 bind in the receptors?
I was thinking of transitioning to Chlorella from Spirulina after this video, but I still do want to get the benefits, Vitamins and minerals from spirulina.

Would it be okay to drink/intake chlorella first (has real b12) then have my meal and take spirulina after the meal to reap out the benefits ?? Granted that supposedly that the B12 in Chlorela binds first in my cell than the pseudo b12 in Spirulina??

Great information about the B12 receptor sites competition. Thank you!

B12 deficiency is one detractor. What about the numerous benefits, also validated by studies? Therefore, one should only take Spirulina for a duration. Additionally, what about fresh vs powdered ? What other variables are in the mix ? You raise a good point, which needs to be studied
